Friday Night Street Party

5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Packet Pick Up and On-site Registration
5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Vendor Village Open with Food Trucks, Shopping and Boat Display
7:00 p.m. – Captain’s Meeting #1 @ Green Pond Landing Amphitheater
7:30 p.m. – Live Concert featuring The Vinyl Junkies

Saturday, June 10th

Hartwell Lake Charity Run

8:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. – Registration, Packet Pick-Up for Pre-Registrants – Breakfast and Artisan Coffee Available
10:30 a.m. – Captain’s Meeting #2
11:00 a.m. – Boat Blast-Off kicking off the 2023 Hartwell Lake Charity Run!
11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Vendor Village Open with Food Trucks, Shopping, and Music! *Boat participants may exchange stop coupons as they return.
4:00 p.m. Cash Prize Drawing for boat participants with drawing tickets.

Saturday Evening, June 10th

Hartwell Lake Charity Run After Party – 6:00 p.m.
