Friday, June 12th

11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  – Friday Morning “Fun Run” to the Grill at Clemson Marina

2:30 p.m. – Afternoon Raft-Up on the Water

5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Packet Pick-up and Check-In (There will be NO Onsite Registration this year)

5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Catered Dinner by Renee Hunt Catering. Pre Register Here.

7:00 p.m. – Captain’s Meeting #1 (Boater Captains MUST attend one of the meetings to participate, held at Green Pond Amphitheater)

7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Friday Night Street Party including full cash bar, live music from the Vinyl Junkies and the Live Auction and Feed the Need Fundraiser will be held during band intermission.

Saturday, June 13th

Hartwell Lake Charity Run

9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. – Check-In and Packet Pick-Up (There will be NO Onsite Registration this year)

10:30 a.m. – Captain’s Meeting #2 (Boater Captains MUST attend one of the meetings to participate, held at Green Pond Amphitheater)

11:00 a.m. – Hartwell Lake Charity Run Boat Blast-Off!

11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Hartwell Lake Charity Run
*Boat participants may exchange coupons as they return to Green Pond Landing.

2:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. – Judging for Hartwell Lake Charity Run “Best of…” Awards (Boats must be present at Green Pond Landing to participate, with the exception of the “Hard Luck” award).

3:30 p.m. – Closing Ceremonies including entertainment by JDew, “Best of…” Awards Presentation, and Cash Prize Drawings at Green Pond Landing
